Poet: ''Hi Doctor, I have a problem. I look for things for long time, and then realize that they were right in front of me.
I always had the problem at a small scale, but lately it has increased a lot.''
The doctor keeps looking for something around him.
Finally the poet asks: ‘’what are you looking for, doc?”
Doctor: My ophthalmoscope (A hand-held eye testing equipment)
Poet: You are holding it in your hand.
By the way, I don’t think either I or you have an eye
problem.
Doctor: In that case, you cut down on your poetry, and it is about time I retire from
medical practice! |
